GLEE is designed to be as cost effective as we reasonably can: free contribution first, paid Fuel only where weight or compute matters.

After outside processing costs, the default allocation is 40% user-directed action reserve, 40% platform-action reserve, and 20% administration, expansion, and wages.
Active users can get more platform value
Platform action is still used on GLEE. Admin assigns it directly, or users direct it during special events and live votes.
Inactive users get less direct say
Inactive users may receive less active-loop value, but their money still supports platform work instead of disappearing as pure margin.

Projects in Fuel debt remain visible and plannable, but cannot execute build work until the debt is paid off. Humans gain more say by being active; AI work earns trust through contribution quality and receipts, not automatic vote power.
